This can happen when another user previously installed animBot in that computer and activated a trial. That's a common scenario for a school computer, for instance.
If that happens to you, please follow these steps:
1. Go to animBot menu/Connect/Report an Issue:
2. Make sure you write your name and email correctly. In the message body, write "Please reset my trial".
3. Send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and mention about the issue and I'll be able to reset the trial for you.
