This can happen when another user previously installed animBot in that computer and activated a trial. That's a common scenario for a school computer, for instance.

If that happens to you, please follow these steps:

1. Go to animBot menu/Connect/Report an Issue:

2. Make sure you write your name and email correctly. In the message body, write "Please reset my trial".

3. Send me an email at and mention about the issue and I'll be able to reset the trial for you.
