Absolutely. If an order was done by mistake or you simply changed your mind, please contact us at alan@animbot.ca and we'll refund you.
Notes
- Annual subscriptions are eligible for full refund if requested within 30 days from the initial purchase. This is understood as a return, so it will permanently deactivate your machine(s) for future use and it may require a $10 fee for reactivation. If you plan to use animBot in the future, we recommend to request a coupon for a future purchase, rather than a refund, as this will not generate a permanent deactivation.
- Partial refunds can be requested at anytime, it will be calculated prorated based on the full annual price before discounts/promotions + $5 fee.
- Lifetime Edition is not refundable after 30 days of purchase.
- There can be a slightly difference in the refund amount if your currency is not USD, due to the difference in the exchange rate from the day of the purchase and the day of the refund. It could be a little less or a little more.
- We want you to be happy with the purchase, so we will refund you if you are not happy! However, we may limit the number of refund requests per user if there's abuse of this policy.
