Absolutely. If an order was done by mistake or you simply changed your mind, please contact me and I'll refund you. Please note that there can be a slightly difference in the refund amount if an end account is not USD, due to the difference in the exchange rate from the day of the purchase and the day of the refund. For annual subscriptions, if the refund is requested 30 days or more after the purchase, it will be calculated proportionally to the remaining time until expiration + 3.5% fee over the full price.
